What if the life you're harvesting right now, the stress, the tiredness, the quiet sense that something's missing, is the result of seeds you didn't realise you were planting?

In this short reflection, I share a simple but powerful truth that reshaped how I move through life: what you plant is what you harvest. We can't keep planting seeds of frustration, comparison, and "never enough" and expect to harvest peace of mind. But the reverse is also true, and far more hopeful.

You don't need to leave your job, move to a cave, or overhaul your life to plant sweet mango seeds. Joy, kindness, gratitude, and compassion can be cultivated inside any life, including a high-demanding one. From that grounded place, inspired action becomes easier, and a more fulfilling path begins to emerge.

Reflection prompt from the episode:

Are you aware of the seeds you are planting? Is the balance in favour of what you'd like to experience more of?
