Hey, I’m glad you’re checking out these resources!
You’ll find full Conscious Connected Breathwork Journeys of 40-60 minutes at the top of this page.
Below that, you’ll find short Guided Meditations, some of which you can also listen to on Insight Timer. You’ll notice that most meditations are linked to the topics of the Breathwork Journeys (I’ve used the same starting number so you can clearly see the link). You can use them together for deepening your practice, but equally OK to only do one or the other.
Conscious Connected Breathwork Journeys
Important!!! Please check this waiver if you are doing a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey for the first time. You don’t have to fill it in, but with doing one of the journeys below, you implicitly agree that you are aware of the risks and can’t hold us accountable for anything that happens during your private session.
Feel free to send me a message to have a chat about any questions you have, or consult a doctor in case you’re not sure if this is for you.

Meditations
1. A journey to the heart
This short meditation helps you to tune in with your heart, the center of your feelings and longings. This can be helpful if you feel a bit lost, if you want to reconnect with what truly matters and with yourself, and if you want to feel more clarity & calm.
2. Reconnecting with your inner child
This gentle meditation invites you to reconnect with your inner child, the part of you that holds joy, curiosity, playfulness, and emotional openness. Through soft breathing and visualization, you’ll create a sense of safety, open the heart space, and welcome back the lighter, more spontaneous aspects of yourself. Perfect if you’re feeling disconnected, overly serious, or longing for more ease and joy in your life. No experience needed, just bring your breath and a willingness to listen inward.
3. From Fear To Freedom
A gentle, grounding meditation to help you release fear and reconnect with your inner power. Through breath awareness, a body scan, and guided visualization, you'll soften self-doubt, quiet the inner critic, and rediscover the steady flame of courage and trust that lives within you. Come as you are, fear doesn't have to disappear for you to move forward.
4. Coming Home To Your Whole Self
A guided meditation to reconnect with every part of who you are — your heart, your inner child, and your inner courage — and bring them home as one. Through gentle breath and soft visualisation, you'll dissolve the distance between who you've been showing up as and who you truly are, ending with a simple inner inquiry: What does my whole self want from me now? Come as you are. You only need to receive.
6. Beneath The Name
Beneath the roles, the names, and the stories we tell about ourselves, something simpler has been waiting all along. This gentle breath meditation is an invitation to stop performing and to come home to who you've always been. A soft inquiry through breath and poetry, for anyone tired of trying to become someone.
7.1. What Do I really want? A Meditation for Listening to Desire
A gentle 13-minute breath meditation for anyone who has lost touch with what they really want. We spend so much of our lives answering the question "what do you want?" with what's reasonable, what's expected, or what we think we should say. But underneath all of that, the body has been carrying the real answer the whole time. Through slow breath and a quiet inquiry into the heart and belly - the two places desire actually lives - this meditation is an invitation to stop overruling yourself, and to let your own wanting speak again. Suitable for daily practice, decision-making, or any moment when you've forgotten what you came here for. Listen below. Play or download.
7.2. The Treasure Beneath Your Dreams - A Meditation for Longing and Letting Yourself Have It Now
A gentle meditation for anyone carrying grief or frustration over a dream they haven't been able to chase. So often, what we long for isn't the dream itself. It's the feeling we believe it will bring us. The freedom. The peace. The sense of being fully alive. This practice guides you, slowly and through the body, to honor the ache of unlived longing, and then to discover that the feeling beneath the dream is far closer than you think. Not as a way to give up on what you want but to stop believing you can't have any of it until some distant day arrives. Best experienced lying down, with time to rest afterward.
